Our policy
PornCrusher hosts content submitted by users and aggregated from third parties and does not own it. We respect intellectual-property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We remove infringing material promptly upon receiving a valid notice, and we terminate repeat infringers.
How to file a takedown notice
If you are the copyright owner (or authorised to act for one) and believe your work is being infringed on PornCrusher, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the material on PornCrusher you want removed, so we can locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, consenting to jurisdiction. We may restore the content if the complainant does not file a court action within the statutory period.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated.
