18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

PornCrusher is a hosting platform. It does not create, produce, film, or edit any of the visual content that appears on the site. All content is uploaded by users or aggregated from third-party sources who are the actual “producers” of that content. With respect to that content, PornCrusher acts only as a service that stores and displays material provided by others and is therefore not a “producer” as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A and 28 C.F.R. §75.

The obligation to create and maintain records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 for any content rests with the original producer of that content (the uploader or source site). Those producers are responsible for verifying that every performer was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created and for keeping the corresponding records. Requests for §2257 records relating to specific content should be directed to its original producer.

PornCrusher does not permit content depicting anyone under 18, or who appears to be under 18. Every uploader must confirm that all persons depicted were at least 18 years old at the time of creation and consented to the recording and its distribution. Any content that does not meet this requirement is removed as soon as we become aware of it.

To the extent §2257 or §2257A applies to us, we comply with it, and we cooperate with legitimate law-enforcement inquiries. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any such material is removed immediately, preserved, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.
